Welcome to The Brandboosters. By using our services or website, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully.

1. General

1.1 These terms apply to all offers, agreements, and services of The Brandboosters, located at Verdunplein 17, 5627SZ Eindhoven, The Netherlands, +31 6 35666469, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 87332760.
1.2 Deviations from these terms are only binding if agreed upon in writing.

2. Services & Delivery

2.1 The Brandboosters provides services in the fields of branding, strategy, coaching, content marketing, and digital visibility.
2.2 Services are delivered according to an agreed schedule and milestones, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3 The client is responsible for providing required materials in a timely manner, such as texts, photos, and logos.

3. Payment & Invoicing

3.1 All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payments must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.
3.3 In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend our services.

4. Rights & Ownership

4.1 All rights to delivered designs, texts, visuals, and concepts remain the property of The Brandboosters until full payment has been received.
4.2 It is not permitted to reuse, modify, or resell materials without prior consent from The Brandboosters.

5. Liability

5.1 The Brandboosters is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of income.
5.2 Liability is in all cases limited to the amount paid for the assignment.

6. Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal

6.1 In the event of cancellation by the client, any work already performed will be invoiced.
6.2 Digital and customized services are excluded from the consumer right of withdrawal.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

7.1 We treat all client data confidentially and in accordance with applicable GDPR legislation.
7.2 Confidential information will never be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Applicable Law

8.1 All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
8.2 Disputes will preferably be resolved by mutual consultation. If necessary, they will be submitted to the competent court in ’s-Hertogenbosch.
